Now that I am better, I can say that the reality of my “new normal” has become deeper. Being sick and alone isn’t fun.  No one to rely on to do even little things for me.  No one to go get the medicine I need, to bring me a drink when in bed, to ask me how I am feeling.  Easy to feel really isolated.  Thank the Lord for Jesus.  Just knowing He is there to talk with and care for me is such a help.  I may be alone but I am not ALONE!  Jesus is always with me.
