Has it really been three days since I last wrote. This was a really busy week. Reading through Proverbs I came across a verse that I hadn’t thought of in a long while:
Proverbs 4:18 “The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn which shines brighter and brighter until the full day.”
Since Jesus is my righteousness, He has certainly made my path grow brighter and brighter. He lights my way even in the darkness of grief and sorrow. He brings me through the hard and easy days with His presence and His peace. He calms me, His child, during the storm. I am relying on Him to bring about the wholeness in my life again since He knows me better than I know myself. As the old refrain says,

“Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before.
Every day with Jesus, I love Him more and more.
Jesus saves and keeps me and He’s the one I’m living for.
Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before.”
