Tomorrow is my double anniversary.  If Frank were still living on earth (he is living with Jesus now), it would be our 51st anniversary.  We were married January 29, 1965, in Houston.  Little did we know what God would accomplish in and through us in the next 49 years.  There were many missteps and heartaches along the way, but there were overwhelming joys and blessings also.  We both came to know Jesus in such a personal way that life was wonderful for us.

Below is the last picture of us together taken in June 2013 just 5 months before his last illness began.  God gave us an extra 13 years after his cancer in 2000.  We had some amazing experiences during those years.  God gave us such peace and harmony that sometimes seemed surreal.  He has continued that peace in me since Frank’s home going on January 29, 2014.  For those wanting to know how to be happily married and content, it takes lots of understanding, forgiving, and grace.  But mostly it takes being willing to live like Jesus and letting His love flow through us.  Love that man!  Miss him!Yet….
