Hello, world,

I am Sandy Biles.  I am a retired teacher and chaplain.  I am a widow since my husband passed away in 2014.  I have three sons who are married and have raised my 9 grandchildren.  I am living in the grace and sustaining power of my Lord and Savior.  I desire to help people come to know and understand God’s great love for them..

I grew up in a family where I was loved and encouraged to know about Jesus although we didn’t go to church all the time.  One evening when I ws eight years old, we went with a group from our church to a Billy Graham crusade.  I talked with my mother, grandmother and then a lady from our church who made sure I knew what I ws doing, I received Jesus Christ into my heart and life.  Later I wa baptized into the church.  My family still didn’t consistently attend church so neither did

The summer before I entered 7th grade, I was invited to a youth revival during the day and asked my Dad to take me to the evening service which he did.   That was the night I gave myself to Jesus completely.  And my life changed amazingly since that day.  I knew that He was with me everywhere I would go.  He became my best friend and confident.  I wanted to know Him more and so began to read and really study my Bible.  My dad was always willing to take me and pick me up from church anytime I desired to go which was every time there was a service.  Desiring to follow  Jesus saved me from many of the temptations my fellow classmates and friends fell into.  I was intent on pleasing God.  My goals and priorities changed as He filled me with His Spirit and life.
