I woke up a few nights ago with many of those floating thoughts in my head. Then suddenly I began thinking about my sin and how it affected so many other people. As I started to think about how unforgivable and how unworthy I am, I had a new thought. I don’t have to carry that guilt around anymore! Jesus took care of my sin and guilt on the cross and His resurrection is the confermation that I am forgiven. David said in Psalm 32:5: “I acknowledged my sin unto Thee, and my iniquity I did not hide from Thee. I said, ‘I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.’ and You for gave the guilt of my sin.” I no longer have to live with false guilt since the Lord has forgiven all my sin.

God truly loves me and I am so very glad. Jesus willingly did what I needed most and the Lord counts me as His child. I pray you know Him too. The freedom and the peace that comes with His forgiveness is so beautiful. I turned over praying for others, and the next thing I knew, I woke up and was filled with peace and joy.
